AMilliMail requests read-only OAuth access to your Gmail account. We never send, delete, modify, or forward your emails. You can revoke access at any time through Google's account settings or from within AMilliMail.
Your email data is stored in an isolated encrypted environment and is never shared with other users, sold to third parties, or used to train AI models. We process your emails solely to provide the AMilliMail service.
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices including role-based access control, audit logging, and regular security reviews.
AMilliMail uses Anthropic's Claude AI to process queries. Your email content is sent to Anthropic's API to generate answers. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing. Your data is not used to train Anthropic's models.
Your email data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation you may request deletion of all data within 30 days. We do not retain email content after deletion requests are processed.
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
By using AMilliMail you agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authorization to connect email accounts to AMilliMail. AMILLI AI Corp reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
